It has now been just over six months since the Copake Rapid Care (CRC) reopened its doors. That was a great day- a real celebration of the partnership between our community and Columbia Memorial Health (CMH).
Although the CRC has had a steady flow of patients, it is important for them to increase their patient volume in order for the facility to become self-sufficient.

CMH is making continued efforts to publicize the services available in Copake and is committed to the success of this facility. We are reaching out to our community to show support for the CRC.
We all advocated for the reopening because we knew there was a need for better healthcare in our local community. Whatever you can do now to help support the CRC will be greatly appreciated.
Copake Rapid Care is open Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 9 a.m.–7 p.m.
The office is located at 283 Mountain View Road in Copake and can be reached at 518-329-3902.
The providers at Copake Rapid Care see patients of all ages—from pediatrics through adulthood.
Staff are trained to handle urgent and non-urgent illnesses and injuries, working to assess your situation and get you the care you need as soon as possible.
Copake Rapid Care is not a replacement for emergency medical services. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, dial 911.
